Blue.  4 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Double, bell-shaped, nodding bloom form.  Early-to-midspring.

Height of 6½' to 8' (200 to 245 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Plant in soil that drains well.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  No pruning required.
