Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2017 as 'Tourmaline'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
White to pink, deep pink edges.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 47" (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 4¼' (up to 130cm).
