Don Juan Melandrome, 1958. ('New Dawn' seedling x 'New Yorker'). Blooms are very full, large, of a velvety dark red and repeat freely on good climbing growth. Rich colouring.

......we especially like here in Kansas City. Don Juan and 'Gladiator' by Maladrone, are both exceptionally good bloomers all summer long. 'Don Juan' is more of a pillar rose....
