How hardy is this rose? Cane hardy? Does it repeat well?

Hi I don't have Wild Blue Yonder but I read on another site it was hardy and the owner was really happy with it. Hope this helps..

I live in zone 6b about a block from NY harbor . Wild Blue yonder over wintered just fine with no cover whatsoever and was covered with buds by May 12, 2007 but last winder was pretty mild.

This rose continuously blooms all summer in my Eugene, OR garden. As far as hardiness is concerned, we did have some freezing temperatures last winter, but I'm still in zone 8. I mounded some rose planting mix around the rose's base, and it did just fine.
