E. F. Allen, Awards To New Rose Seedlings In Great Britain In 1975
Sally Holmes ('Ivory Fashion' x 'Ballerina'). A fine and vigorous shrub by R. Holmes, of Stockport, with pale blush, almost single flowers in great abundance. The blooms die gracefully on this seedling and it could clearly be used either as a specimen or for wide-spaced bedding. Although Mr. Holmes is an amateur he is no longer eligible to receive the Torridge Silver Salver since he was the raiser of the Gold Medal variety 'Fred Loads'.  Trial Ground Certificate.
