Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1998 as 'Cadillac DeVille'.
Hybrid Tea.  
White or white blend, pink edges.  Flowers ivory white with a fine, delicate pink edging.  Mild, spice, tea fragrance.  34 to 42 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Medium.  Large, matte, medium green foliage.  
Height of 4' to 6' (120 to 185 cm).  
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Prefers dry climates.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
