Bred by Christian Evers (Germany, 2008).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 2016 as 'Candela'.
Class:
Miniature, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Arching, bushy, spreading.  Small, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 4'1" (up to 125cm).  Width: up to 4¾' (up to 145cm).
