Edmunds was the best when it was owned by Phil Edmunds. Now Jung is horrible. I got two years of horrible dried out, tiny, broken plants. In 2008 I demanded a refund because I was not going to waste my hard earned money. They wanted to give me credit to next year order. I am banned from buying from them. Is this a way to keep a business?

I tried to get newsletter this month because I have read that they have improved. I got email from customer service tellinng me I am still banned from ordering from them.

I have ordered from them twice and never had a problem with the roses or the customer service or shipping. I really like their company and their products.

My Edmund's roses are doing wonderful. They were enormous when they came and have just taken off! In the pictures below you'll see the first blooms on Elina.

Edmund's roses were better when they were privately owned. in 2006 they went out of business, then sold the Edmunds name. Since then the quality has declined, along with customer service.

I stopped buying from them. This year I saw a sale, so I ordered a few at sale price. I have yet to get them.
