Do you sell the Lady Elgin rose? I had one when I lived in Columbus, Ohio in the mid-1970s. I now live in Richmond, Virginia and have not been able to find a Lady Elgin anywhere. If you do sell them, can they be shipped here to Richmond? What is the cost of the plant? Will the rose grow well in this part of the country? Any help you can give me will be much appreciated.
