Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Duchess of Albany'.

Deep pink, lilac reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Medium-large, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  
Height of 3' (90 cm).  Width of 2' (60 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 5b.  Vigorous.
