Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 1983).

Bloom:
Yellow, red streaks, stripes, flecks, yellow blending, ages to lighter .  None to mild fragrance.  45 to 55 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, button-eye, high-centered to cupped, rounded bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, rounded, upright, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green, dense, leathery foliage.  

Height: 14" to 18" (35 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  shade tolerant.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).  Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.
