Bred by Dines Poulsen (1879-1940) (Denmark, 1912).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1921 as 'Rödhätte'.

Floribunda, Hybrid Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Cherry-red.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 5'10" (up to 180cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.
