Origin:
Bred by Mathias Leenders (1883 - 1958) (Netherlands, 1927).
Class:
Polyantha.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink to rose-pink, violet shading, yellow stamens.  Moderate fragrance.  Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
