Registration name: Rosa Gallart
Origin:
Bred by Pedro (Pere) Dot (Spain, 1935).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1937 as 'Rosa Gallart'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink, orange-red reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Short, compact, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Different descriptions of colour (ochre-red). Rose is possibly mislabeled in gardens.
