Bred by Samuel McGredy II (United Kingdom, before 1916).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Samuel McGredy and Son, Nurserymen (Northern Ireland) in 1918 as 'Christine'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Mild to strong fragrance.  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright, well-branched.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.
