'Hebe's Lip' (Rosa damascena rubrotincta, 'Reine Blanche', 'Margined Lip'). Compact for a Damask. Flowers: almost single, white with a crimson margin to the petals. Parentage: possibly R. damascena x R. eglanteria. Says raiser is William Paul, 1912.
