Disney's animated feature Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered 21 December 1937. One of the Seven Dwarfs, Doc is known as: Chef in Germany; Kloker in Sweden; Brille in Norway; Dotto in Italy; Mestre in Portugal; and Prof in France.
Rosenschule Ruf states in February 2023 that the rose in commerce in Germany as 'Degenhard' is actually 'Burkhard' (Grumpy).
