White frilly flowers. Buds tinted pink.  Strong fragrance.  8 to 14 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, semi-double to double, in large clusters bloom form.  
Habit:
Glossy, medium green foliage.  
Height of 4' 7" to 4' 11" (140 to 150 cm).  Width of 4' 7" to 5¼' (140 to 160 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
