Bred by Joseph Pernet-Ducher (France, 1900).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Prince de Bulgarie'.

Bloom:
Silver(y) - light pink, darker center, salmon-pink shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), cupped-to-flat, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright, well-branched.  Glossy, leathery foliage.  
Height of up to 4' (up to 120 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .
