Introduced in France by Roseraies Gaujard in 1935 as 'Professeur Déaux'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1937 as 'Professeur Déaux'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow, light yellow streaks, stripes, flecks.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
