Emmie Gray shown blooming under the shade a live oak tree in spring of 2010 in San Antonio Texas. It blooms sporatically during the rest of the season and no doubt would bloom better with more sun. However, even in the shade it seldom shows a spotted leaf. It's never sprayed.

Blooms and foliage of the same rose growing under the live oak tree in San Antonio, Texas. The tiny yellow spots on the leaves are live oak pollen.
