Review of Newer Roses 1978-79. 'Fragrant Hour'. Pink. 11 reports; 4 years grown: Average height 120cm; Rating 7.5. Christchurch: Good fragrance, blooms open quickly, subject to rust. Died, but am replacing as was impressed. Gisborne: Good fragrant rose; holds colour well and repeats quickly. Lower Hutt: Nice perfumed pink. long stemmed blooms, repeats quickly. Has improved in cooler situation.
