Does anybody have photos of the 'Gustave Regis' at Cavriglia?
In particular I am seeking a photo of the thorns - side on.
The height of the bush at Cavriglia would also be helpful.
I am trying to discount - or prove - this identification for the "Mulvay Rose" (syn: "Vestey's Yellow Tea") in Australia.

I have uploaded 3 photos, not from Cavriglia, but from the Fabien Ducher nursery near Lyon. Unfortunately, the prickles are not visible.

You are an angel Jedmar. thank you.
I suspect that 'Gustave Regis' is not the ":Mulvay Rose" / "Vestey's Yellow Tea" because:
I don't see any redness in the rachis or leaves of GR, and the leaves look too olive green, although the floor of the disc looks familiar. And somehow the circumference outline seems to be too rounded, whilst the "Mulvay Rose" outline is slightly more pointed.
Amen. Start again. But with what?

There is still the possibility that Fabien Ducher does not have the correct 'Gustave Règis' = It is new in his nursery. Provenance?
