Origin:
Bred by Charles Mallerin (France, before 1932).
Introduced in France by Henri Guillot in 1935 as 'Lucy Nicolas'.
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1935 as 'Lucy Nicolas'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1937 as 'Lucy Nicolas'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Coral - pink, golden-yellow shading, ages to orange .  Orange flame; coppery coral pink with gold shaded reflex.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.  Very vigorous.
