'Ginger Rogers'. 24 reports, 4 years, 60"; N.R.S. rating 7.6. Temuka: Glorious colour, good form. This one will force its way up to the top. Will be seen on show benches in the future. Nelson: Shades of 'Super Star'. Good garden variety. Vigorous bush. Weak necks, fleeting bloom in our climate. Masterton: Good colour. Necks a little weak otherwise a great garden rose.

Ginger Rogers HT. (McGredy, 1969). ('Super Star' x 'Miss Ireland'). Fairly big light vermilion blooms with 35 to 40 petals and good form. It is very vigorous and breaks into new growth unusually quickly.

Good foliage. Continues to impress. Dargaville: Great colour. Good repeater. Hastings: Well, it certainly grows long stems!

'Ginger Rogers'. 12 reports. 1 year. Average height 42". N.R.S. Rating 7.4. Nelson: this is a beaut, vigorous and shapely. Lives up to its name. Otago: Lovely salmon colour and shape. Could be stronger. Hastings: Nice clean blooms, good growth. Could be good.
