Registration name: Denise Lefeuvre
Origin:
Bred by C. Chambard (France, 1930).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1932 as 'Denise Lefeuvre'.
Class:
Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, golden-yellow center, yellow reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals), cupped, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
