Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Mild fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Notes:
'Dividend' was being called a Tea rose in 1931. By 1941, people were referring to it as a Hybrid Tea.
The 1997 reference mentions its rediscovery.
