Bred by De Ruiter Innovations BV (Netherlands, 1954).
Class:
Polyantha.  Seven Dwarfs Series .  
Bloom:
Cherry-red.  None / no fragrance.  up to 20 petals.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small, semi-double to double, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 1' to 20" (30 to 50 cm).  Width of up to 18" (up to 45 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for ground cover.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  
Notes:
