Introduced in United States by Germain's (Germain Seed & Plant Co.) in 1960 as 'Presidential'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1964 as 'Presidential'.
Class:
Grandiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 5.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
