Crimson - violet-red, white center.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, single (4-8 petals), cupped, open bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Large, dark green, leathery, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 8' (up to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.
