Pink.  Strong fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing, thornless (or almost).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b and warmer.  Very hardy.  
Notes:
"Victorian Memory" was identified as 'Isabella Skinner' by an experienced grower and hybridizer at the Heritage Rose Foundation Conference in May, 2005.
