Bred by G. Peter Ilsink (Netherlands, before 2001).
Introduced in Netherlands by Interplant BV in 2002 as 'Sparkling Ruffles'.
Class:
Polyantha (Europe).  
Bloom:
Red blend.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, dense.  

Height: up to 20" (up to 50cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
