Ross Heathcote, Taylors Lakes, Victoria. Red Miniature Roses.
Little Artist ('Top Gear', 1982, McGredy). The flowers are really a red blend of 2.5 to 3cms. It is a single plus (about 5 to 8 petals). The flower opens with cream at the base of the dark red petals. With ageing the cream turns to white and the red dulls off. The plants are poor growers, almost of micro-mini size, and not very free flowering! A disappointment.
