Discovered by Hetty Shurtleff (United States, 2006).
Class:
Found Rose, Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Mild to strong, damask fragrance.  40 to 45 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium to large, very double, borne mostly solitary, flat to cupped, reflexed, ruffled bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, long sepals, decorative, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Medium, matte, light green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
The De la Vina family is one of the old founding Spanish families of the original Presidio of Santa Barbara.
This rose was found growing up through a hedge, on property surrounding an older home in Santa Barbara, California, by a member of Gold Coast Heritage Roses Group. Details of plant habit not visible in the situation. Observations are made on an immature own-root plant. Blooms will likely be larger when the plant is more mature. Field Guide Report is incomplete, but will be finished as details are available.
