Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 2006).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2006 as 'Persian Sunset'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow and red, yellow reverse.  Flowers orange blend, orange/red upper with distinct red center; yellow reverse.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, spreading.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for garden, landscape or shrub.  Prune dead wood.  This rose blooms on old wood.  
Breeder's notes:
This variety is fertile, both seed and pollen so may be of interest to breeders.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Ralph Moore's Spring 2006 Minirama from Sequoia Nursery says that the pollen parent is an "un-named 'Halo' variety."
