Phillip Robinson. Tea Roses. a rescue from the onslaught of another new shopping mall is "Windsor Tea", pink over a creamy yellow ground. This rose exhibits characters from the yellow teas, but its relationship to 'Duchesse de Brabant' shows clearly in its foliage, growth habit and flower form.
