Bred by Francois Dorieux II (1955-2015) (France, 1998).
Introduced in France by Roseraies Dorieux in 1999 as 'Loulou de Cacharel'.
Class:
Floribunda, Shrub.  
Bloom:
White, red edges.  Flowers white with red to deep pink edges.  None / no fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: 31" to 39" (80 to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
