Moss Roses
Some of the plants will make very large shrubs and should be tied to an H-shaped trellis to form a pleasing shape. Other moss shrubs are large but upright and may be kept in line with a stake at the center of the bush.
Striped Moss, Œillet Panachée (1790) 
Imagine a soft, pale pink bloom with broad or sometimes narrow, broken, red stripes. Add light green foliage on a strong, tall bush and you have envisioned this moss. This is an old rose but a very beautiful one.
