Perle des Jardins Tea. Levet, France, 1874. Seedling of 'Madame Falcot'... an infuriating rose which is given to balling at the slightest hint of damp or humidity. It was a popular greenhouse rose in its day... In a dry, sunny climate it can be superb... straw yellow... repeat-flowering depends on a dry spell. This rose is at its best in autumn.
