Origin:
Discovered by Carl Johann Maximowicz (Russia, circa 1859).
Class:
Group 3, Late, Small-flowered, Species.  
Bloom:
Cream.  Strong fragrance.  4 petals.  Average diameter 0.75".  Small, single, bell-shaped bloom form.  Late summer to midautumn.  
Habit:

Height: 4' to 7' (120 to 215cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Best in a sunny location.  This plant blooms on the current season's growth.  In early spring, cut back to just above the lowest set of healthy buds.
