Atragene Group, Early Small Flowered, Group 1, Species.  
Bloom:
Brown, red shading.  4 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Single, bell-shaped bloom form.  Late spring to midsummer.  
Habit:

Height: up to 13' (up to 395cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Plant in soil that drains well.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  No pruning required.  Shape or tidy up the plant AFTER flowering is finished.  It blooms on the previous year's growth, so resist the urge to prune it in early spring.
