Origin:
Bred by Jean-Claude Ducher (France, 1869).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1911 as 'Rêve d'Or'.
Class:
Noisette, Tea Noisette.  Earth Kind ™.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow, copper shading, lighter edges.  Moderate, tea fragrance.  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  
Height of 10' to 18' (305 to 550 cm).  Width of 6' to 8' (185 to 245 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.  prefers warmer sites.  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.

Vintage Gardens classifies this rose as a tea-noisette
