Bloom:
Coral-red, orange undertones..  Mild to strong, spice fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright.  
Height of 35" to 43" (90 to 110 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  
Notes:
Former First Lady Rosalyn Carter was born on 18 August 1927 in Plains, Georgia.
