Introduced in United States by Mount Arbor Nurseries in 1948 as 'Rose of Freedom'.

Bloom:
Red.  Strong fragrance.  up to 50 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium-large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.
