Bred by Léopold Marchesseau (France, before 1904).
Discovered by John Hook (France, 2006).
Introduced in France by J.-B. Chauvry in 1904 as 'Madame Léopold Marchesseau'.

Found Rose, Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow, salmon-yellow highlights, apricot center, cream reverse.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Thornless (or almost), well-branched.  Reddish-purple foliage.
