Bred by Unknown Australian Breeder(s) (Australia, before 1896).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1897 as 'Margaret White'.

Citron yellow .  In large clusters bloom form.

Notes:
This early Australian-bred rose also made its way to New Zealand.
It was possibly a Queensland rose bred either by:
Henry Matthews - who bred two teas and one HT in 1890;
W. J. Matthews - who bred one tea in 1892.
A. Marshall - who bred 17 roses between 1900-1905, including two polys.
