Notes:
Ludwig Taschner, who is the first to introduce this rose, wrote from South Africa:

"When I enquired about the release of the rose numbered 81-1011 the breeder Frank Benardella wrote in 1989 “it is our family’s favourite rose. It gives beautiful sprays of perfectly formed pink blooms. As for a name I am open for suggestions. Would ‘June’s Joy’ be appropriate?” The rose just keeps on performing very pleasingly and it seems that we are the only nursery in the world marketing ‘June’s Joy’. This lovely rose is a floribunda that is an easy performer; compact, dense and well proportioned. It is an ideal border rose and is especially rewarding when grown in a container."
