'Ping Dong Yue Ji' rose Description

Blush, darker center. Strong, sweet fragrance. Medium, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Leafy sepals, fragrant buds.
Heat tolerant. shade tolerant. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.
"This rose was given to a family in Taiwan by a Japanese businessman as a gift around 1930. It was collected by Kun Wang in Taiwan c2006, imported into the US and passed to Kim Rupert. It may have a European origin. It has some similarities to 'Cels Multiflore', "Spice" and "Odee Pink".
