Origin:
Bred by Antoine Levet (père) (France, 1881).
Introduced in Australia by C. F. Newman and Sons - Adelaide in 1894 as 'Ulrich Brunner Fils'.
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Deep pink to cerise.  Strong fragrance.  30 to 50 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, very full (41+ petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, thornless (or almost), upright.  

Height: 5' to 8' (150 to 245cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower.  A good subject for pegging.
