Breeder's notes:
27th Nov. 2011: Shows a bit of downy mildew... maybe 5% at this stage of the season. Suspect this may improve as it matues. No mildew seen here. Was eaten down to the ground by rabbits in the winter of 2011 and is steadily regrowing. Quite vigorous but eventual habit is not yet known. Predicting standard polyantha habit when mature. Grown when test germinating OP 'Alice Amos' seeds. Not a self due to its double flower form. 'Sweet Chariot' was growing next to it at the time the seed formed but it could have been anything really. Don't disregard the open pollinated hips. You just never known what you might get.

Update: Registration forms submitted 12th. Jan. 2016.

Most likely diploid.
